ANZCA (Australia New Zealand Cultural Arts) chose 7 piano pieces from my well-received debut album Introspection for inclusion in their 2018 – 2020 piano syllabus.
Acclaimed virtuoso concert pianist Nicholas Young will perform these 7 pieces on Tempo Rubato’s rare 102-key Stuart & Sons concert grand piano. This will be my 4th premiere in a row on a rare Stuart.

34 Breese St, Brunswick 3056
Tickets full: $30, student & conc: $20
Doors open: 3pm
(Close to Anstey Station and plenty of parking close by.)
After Nicholas performs Introspection there will an Intermission. In the second half Nicholas will play 3 piano pieces from my new Rare View album. He will then be joined with renowned string players ANAM cellist Fellow Gemma Kneale and concert violinist Ben Spiers to perform 5 new chamber works.
Rare View’s 2018 World Premiere at Tallis Pavilion, Beleura House was sponsored by SONY and Stuart & Sons and was also the debut concert of the world’s first 108-key Stuart & Sons concert grand piano. I re-arranged the album’s repertoire to encompass its extra 20-key range. The live recording of this performance is on this website.
Known as the Big Beleura (BB), this is the world’s first 9-octave piano.
The Rare View Victoria Premiere encompasses the extra 14-key range of a 102-key Stuart residing at Tempo Rubato.
